after hearing all the rave reviews, i expected absoluteley more. there was no hot water on our second day, which ruined my strick morning routine. i also can’t believe no one gave me a special welcome gift, as i certainly deserved it for putting up with such inconveniences. just can’t recommend this place, sadly.
